Goodwin Hope is am Embodiment Guide & Somatic Practitioner that guides women back to the inherant wisdom within their bodies. She is a lover of movement, a devotee to Mother Earth & a forever student to the womb-body. Goodwin’s facilitation is deeply influenced by the land where she weaves in Elemental Embodiment & helps women cultivate Body Fluency through Breath, Movement, Sound & Touch.

Her journey with Embodiment began after a series of concussions while playing collegiate soccer. She went from being a high-performing athlete to staying in a dark room from months on end in chronic pain. It was in the moments of darkness that she found herself learning how to relate to her body in an entire new way. What was once hustle, push & grind, overriding her bodies cues, turned into a relationship of listening, compassion & coherence. Her life utterly transformed by learning to speak the language of her body & inhabiting her full expression. Since then, Goodwin has walked with hundreds of women in their wild homecoming journey back to the power of their bodies.

Goodwin holds space like a steady mountain & a wild river. She believes that going down & into the wisdom of your feminine body is what will facilitate change in your external reality. Her work centers around women inhabiting the fullness of their bodies so that they can boldly share their gifts. She has worked with women in all stages of life to support them in living out their Creative Nature & deepening their connection to Creator through the body.

She is a certified Medicine Somatics Facilitator, Trauma informed Breathwork Facilitator & a certitied Holisitic Health coach with a Bachelors in Health & Human Performance. Goodwin has been working with women 1:1 & in group containers since 2019. Goodwin currently lives in Missoula, Montana where she continues to learn from the land & let it inform her Embodiment Practice. She lives & breath the Feminine Body Wisdom path. It is her life’s work & her greatest joy.
