We convene once again at our NEW location at Elk Island Retreat, located a short 35 mins east of Edmonton, AB.
After a year long mute of the Women & Wolves universe, this long standing pause has created the environment needed for cultivated wisdom to emerge and our direction to refine and adjust. All of which was deeply intentional for the sustainability of this space and what Women & Wolves wishes to bring to the current economic climate in Women's spaces.
An essence of primal maturity, courageous topics and the direction of our mission has unfolded! As difficult as it was to burrow into the earth for an entire year, we are confident that what is on the menu for feasting will fulfill every primal hunger surging through your wombs and vessels!

OUR MAIN HEADLINER
Goodwin Hope
Goodwin Hope is joining us from Montana, USA.
Goodwins ‘Fertile Ground’ container will be held Saturday from 9:30 AM - 5:30 PM with break for lunch, and snacks.
Goodwin will be hosting a mini container after opening ceremony on Friday evening, acting as an introduction, plus Q&A to soften our vessels for Saturday’s brave container centred around embodiment.
Following Fridays opening ceremony & introductory container lead by Joelle Gagnon and Goodwin Hope we will break for self provided dinner, and then we will congregate for a feral dance party under an epic canopy of stars.
(Optional but highly encouraged!)

You are welcome to start joining us to set up camp in The Wolf Den at 11:30 am, or check into your accommodations through Elk Island at 3 PM, on Friday May 29th 2026.
departure times:
We are required to be packed up and departed by 1 pm on Sunday May 31st 2025.
opening ceremony:
Opening ceremony will be held PROMPTLY at 4:00 pm Friday May 29th 2025. Please make a valiant effort to arrange being landed and settled and attending opening ceremony as it a vital part of the held container of the weekend, thank you in advance for respecting the containers timing and other attendees.
nourishment:
On Saturday we will provide one Forest Feast for dinner, plus hearty snacks and delicious nourishing beverages throughout Saturday included in your ticket purchase.
*Saturday breakfast & lunch, Friday afternoon & evening, as well as Sunday meals are the sole responsibility of attendees.
All nourishment provided is organic & non-GMO in nature, hormone, antibiotic & vaccine free.
Hand collected mountain spring water + wild foraged herbal tea station throughout the weekend is available for your warmth and pleasure included in your ticket purchase.
Please note: We do *not* accommodate dietary restrictions for our Forest Feast, thank you for understanding, and taking responsibility for your own person.

There are a few options for your stay with us during your Immersion:
Elevate your experience with a cosy cabin or geo-dome - which can be shared or rented solo, geo-domes sleep 2, yurts sleep 4, cabins can hold up to 5 people depending on cabin chosen, available to browse, book and familiarize yourself through Elk Island Retreat website.
Please note these will be released to the public after March 28th 2026. Please book with booking instructions below, on the Elk Island Retreat website they will appear as “unavailable” until March 28th, this is for US, to hold them for OUR BOOKING.
STRICTLY FIRST COME FIRST SERVE for the Elk Island Retreat Accommodations.
Group camping in THE WOLF DEN - This option is for those with *THEIR OWN* camping gear + tents.
Camping in a cosy, grassy landing space surrounded by forest!
Sorry, no RV’s allowed. *If* you wish to book RV spots, you can do so through the Elk Island Retreat website and they are available on a first come first serve basis.
Share in the communal space of THE WOLF DEN. You can purchase group-camping alongside your ticket in the check-out portal.) Please note there are limited spaces for group camping aswell, and it will become unavailable to purchase when capacity is reached, at that point your option is local hotels, or airbnbs.
For your ease & conveinience - we will have a load & unload truck helping you get your items & gear to your campsite upon arrival, as well as a volunteer team ready to help you with set up and placement at camping area! Please note items such as coolers, ice, cook stoves etc are responsibility of attendee. No open fires, but fire bowls ALLOWED!
Booking Instructions for Elk Island Retreat
To book your accommodations, please follow the following instructions listed below on image. Please note accommodations at EIR are strictly first come first serve, if/when they become sold out, the options remaining are; Group camping in the Wolf Den (please follow same booking instructions with EIR, be sure to highlight TENTING, be sure to select GROUP CAMPING at checkout, you will be checked in upon arrival with our support volunteers) OR, local hotels in Sherwood park, or Edmonton.

There are a number of hotels close by for your comfort, although we do encourage staying onsite and within the radically warm energy of Women & Wolves.
Option to travel to the event each day if you are local.
Please note accomodations will be released to the general public after March 28th 2026, if you have your eye on one, DON’T WAIT.
the sauna
Decompress and relax in North Americas ONLY outdoor mirrored sauna. Following our workshops friday & saturday, the sauna is reserved for us during the booking hours of 6 PM - 12 AM Friday May 29th 2026 & 8 PM - 12 AM Saturday May 30th 2026. Please note these can be booked and paid for through Elk Island Retreat - please contact them directly through their website. Maximum 4 women per session.

No, ONLY Saturday evening ‘Forest Feast’ is covered with your ticket purchase. This meal is of high quality ingredients ONLY, completely organic in origin. All other meals are the sole responsibility of the attendee. There will be hearty snacks and beverages, plus a tea station with herbal teas and spring water provided throughout Saturday included in your ticket purchase.

Not necessary but highly encouraged. There are hotels close by in Edmonton and Sherwood Park. If you are local to the area, your bed is always an option too! But we know that once you enter The Den, you won’t want to break the immersion. Trust us.

I personally think testing our edges is healthy and I encourage solo adventures, you can learn alot about yourself venturing into the great unknown, alone! You’ll leave with more friends than you can manage. Like an annoying amount.

No, group camping must be purchased separately at checkout for $45.00, that includes both Friday and Saturday.

No, the sauna is not included but can be purchased through elk island website within our bookable hours listed on the website under our sauna section.
It is 60$ per hour, maximum of 4 people in sauna.

Yes, it would be very appreciated to make a valiant effort to make the opening ceremony on Friday the 29th at 3 pm. As this is a held container from start to finish. Gates open at 12 PM so there is plenty of time to set up camp, check into your accommodations if that's your route, and fully land before the event starts. Please respect your fellow wolves and main headliner with this matter. Recommended to book the Friday off work if you are a working wolf.
